I have begun a journey for the past 28 months that has changed me physically & mentally. Intensive Personal Protection (IPP) Krav Maga (KM) has given me the ability to add more tools in my toolbox.

IPPKM is designed to teach civilian, military, and law enforcement self defense techniques that can save their lives during a real life threatening attack/situation. IPPKM training programs are based on two basic principles: 1.) Simplicity & 2.) Fluidity

Awareness & Confidence!

Students of Krav Maga learn hardcore self-defense techniques, including multiple attacker defenses and defenses against sticks, knives, and guns.  Realistic scenarios are always emphasized in training, and actual sparring is an important part of the curriculum.

AWARENESS:

Using basic techniques in various combinations, students develop an awareness and ability to defend against attacks, often through modification of material and improvisation.  Cob mat training generates implicit awareness and sensitivity in the everyday interactions that take place on the street.

CONFIDENCE:

Krav Maga founder Imi Lichtenfeld Krav Maga does not exclusively rely on strength or power; from the outset students are trained to strike vulnerable targets rather than trying to match an opponent strength against strength.  Students are constantly amazed by the pride and empowerment that accompany self-defense training.

Intesnive Personal Protection (IPP) Krav Maga (KM)

I have begun a journey for the past 28 months that has changed me physically & mentally.  Intensive Personal Protection (IPP) Krav Maga (KM) has given me the ability to add more tools in my toolbox.

IPPKM is designed to teach civilian, military, and law enforcement self defense techniques that can save their lives during a real life threatening attack/situation.  IPPKM training programs are based on two basic principles: 1.) Simplicity & 2.) Fluidity

  1. Simplicity: In IPPKM the word “simplicity” means to execute the fastest and most instinctive defense to escape an attack/conflict.  In order to keep it simple and instinctive, we don’t teach 10 different ways to stop an attack, but rather focus on many variations that “flow” together to train the brain to be able to react in a simple and effective manner.  In real life, everything is unpredictable and you have to be well prepared to manage the situation.
  2. Fluidity: In IPPKM we consider the possibility that your attacker reacts against your first self defense technique and during the fight/attack things can change very fast and there are many transitions in the conflict.  We don’t train as if your aggressor will be passive during your counterattacks, but train and prepare for different reactions from your attacker.  IPPKM stresses a lot of timing and skills because the knowledge of the techniques without the ability to apply them is useless and can’t save your life.
